The Surgeon’s Knot
When tying off bobbins, this is a great knot to ensure the threads are held securely. It really locks the threads and should not slip or come undone. Hence why surgeon’s use it! Couldn’t have their delicate and important work come undone and therefore we can say the same with our Lace.
